Welcome to my Wiki page! I'm Carly and I am a junior at UCF majoring in Anthropology and Sociology.
For this project I chose to do warfare in central Mexico, focusing specifically on the Aztecs, a topic I find interesting because I know how deeply entwined their culture was with war and I think it is important to discover more.
Questions I wish to address are:
Are wars religious? Were the reasons for enemy sacrifice religious? Were the "Flowery Wars" as innocuous and straightforward as they as they seem? Were they really waged to gain nothing but sacrifice victims?
